The original Midlands Wine Cellar, established in 1996, believed to stock the widest selection of wine in Kwa-Zulu Natal (approximately 2500 labels plus stock). A family run business priding ourselves on personal, knowledgeable service. Sarah goes down to the Cape to work the harvest, assist in the winemaking and then hand picks wines we sell under our own label in addition to recognized labels. In store, we have wine tasting facilities; our regular wine / whisky and brandy tasting evenings have become sought after events!
In stock we have a wide range of liqueurs, whiskies, brandies, cigars and coffee beans which we can grind for you.
We are a family with a passion for the wine trade, always striving to learn more. We take finding wine treasures for you, seriously.

From JHB: Take Mooi River off ramp at toll, turn right across the freeway and proceed to T junction with the R103. Wimpy/Engen onestop directly ahead. Turn left on R103 and proceed for 10km, Wine Cellar on your right. From Dbn: Take the 132 off ramp, Mount West/Nottingham Road. Turn right onto R103 and proceed about 7km to side junction in Nottingham Road marked Rosetta/Mooi River. Turn right continuing on R103 in the direction of Mooi River for about 9km. Wine Cellar on your left on the Mooi River side of the Rosetta village.
